These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Origa LLC .

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing and/or using our services .  

By using our Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use our services.

a) Interior Design - Interior Designing is carried out  based on the survey , reference images and your shared likings, however there Origa LLC do not offer any warranty or guarantee towards the same. Revisions are applicable to up to the limit set during the purchase . 

b) Price changes on  -  We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, unless we expressly communicated otherwise. 

c) Package offer for interior design will be update here.

     * Current running offer 699/- for interior designing is price for per area. Per area is defined as living room as  considered as one area, similar as bedroom one area . The number of views will be limited upto 2 views each area other than on special cases communicated by us to you on more views.

d) Refunds -Our fees for package offers are  nonrefundable unless we specifically communicate otherwise at the time of purchase. However, we will provide a refund only in the following circumstances: (i) if you are canceling your order and request a refund within 48 hours  of your first payment or (ii) if your cancellation is  due to disability or death prior to commencement of our drawings; provided, however, in each case we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of any charges incurred by us such as engineering and variable expenses related to the services rendered, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR MAKE GOODS FOR ANY UNUSED CREDITS . 

e)Cancellation -Unless we communicate otherwise, you may terminate  any time before your delivery of drawings in written mail to us at info@origa.ae. Unless we communicate otherwise, following any cancellation you will continue to have the access to revise the design upt to the limit set at the time of purchase. Refund policy will be as per clause d).
